Our Clean Ambassadors focus on making the pedestrian environment of Downtown Cleveland shine. Whether it's removing trash, powerwashing, cleaning up graffiti or other special cleaning projects, they have a very real impact on the image of our city every day.

Our Safety Ambassadors patrol the Special Improvement District on foot and by bike. They act as the eyes and ears for police and work hand-in-hand with our patroling peace officer to keep a watchful eye over Downtown. Each Ambassador patrols specific districts, following a preset schedule and making regular stops by businesses on their route to gather and share security-related information and concerns.

• Downtown Cleveland Alliance partners with Block By Block to provide a high level of serivce throughout Downtown Cleveland. Block By Block manages the DCA Ambassador program, as they do for dozens of other special improvement districts throughout the United States.
