Hidden Cleveland Tours

  • Cleveland is full of hidden history and architecture that sometimes seemingly goes undiscovered. In April 2009, the neighborhoods of Down & Aroundtown created the Hidden Cleveland Tours. The purpose of these tours is to give people the opportunity to explore these hidden gems that are typically off the beaten-path and hear the stories and backgrounds of locations.
Lolly the Trolley transports guests from one "hidden" location to the next with stories along the way. At the end of each tour the group gathers at a local restaurant for light appetizers and drinks. Ticket prices are $25 per tour.
More information to come about upcoming tours in the Spring 2011...

Cleveland is full of hidden gems...especially in the heart of the city. The neighborhoods of Down & Aroundtown Cleveland are full of amazingly beautiful buildings and stories, some of which go unnoticed by the hustle and bustle of the passing city. The Hidden Cleveland Tours are an annual set of Spring tours that were created to give people the opportunity to get out of their house and explore those hidden gems of the city.

Tours are led by a team of community tour guides and all locations are connected by trolleys from Lolly the Trolley. All tours take place on Sunday afternoons from 2-5pm and end with light appetizers and drink specials at a local neighborhood restaurant.

The dates for the 2011 Hidden Cleveland Tours are Sunday, April 10th and Sunday, April 17th. We will post details about locations and registration once they become available. To be placed on our mailing list for the Hidden Cleveland Tours, email Maura Reilly at mreilly@dcacleveland.net.
